Topic: Fairlife Plant Tour

Fairlife is located in the former General Motors Delphi facility in
Coopersville MI. Fairlife produces ultra-filtered milk – high quality milk
that’s cold-filtered for 50% more protein, 30% more calcium and half the
sugar of ordinary milk. They also produce high protein milkshake core
power and newly launched flavored milk YUP. In 2015 Fairlife was named
the Dairy Foods Magazine Processor of the year.

This is a great opportunity to visit a state of the art plant that is producing
many solid jobs for the West Michigan area. The tour will be worth 1 CEU
towards your PE licensure. You don’t want to miss this tour.
Because of their proprietary processes, Fairlife has asked us to
furnish a list of attendees including name and employer/professional
affiliation by September 20th.
