Vision
MSPE is a future-focused, responsive organization, devoted to enhancing the value of membership, resulting in membership growth and member engagement resulting in longterm sustainability.

Mission
MSPE, in partnership with its Chapters, and NSPE, is the organization of licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) and Engineer Interns (EI)s.
MSPE, in partnership with its Chapters,
• Serves as the recognized expert in licensure, ethics, and professional practice;
• Promotes and protects licensure and assists individuals in becoming licensed;
• Provides opportunities for members to enhance their professional and technical competency; and
• Performs community outreach designed to promote and expand the engineering profession.

Values

MSPE values:
1. Protection of the public health, safety, and welfare above all other considerations
2. Ethical and competent practice of engineering

6. Teamwork, unity, and fellowship of all Professional Engineers across all disciplines
7. Commitment to the future of the licensed Professional Engineer
